What HydroPro is

HydroPro Tracker is a personal log for prescriptions, supplements, treatments, water, nutrition, sleep, weight and exercise, with reminders, low-supply alerts, optional backup, and a summary you can share.

Not medical advice

HydroPro is a record-keeping tool. It doesn’t diagnose, treat or advise on any condition, and it isn’t a substitute for a doctor or pharmacist. Reminders and alerts can fail or be late (for example, if notifications are off or your device is offline); don’t rely on HydroPro alone to take medication on time or to refill it. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Smart Entry

Smart Entry uses AI to suggest log entries from what you type or say. Suggestions can be wrong, so check them before you save. You’re responsible for what you save.

Your account

You can use HydroPro without an account. If you sign in, keep access to your email secure, since it’s how you sign in. You can delete your account and data at any time in Settings.

Provider and sponsor codes

A code from a provider or sponsor covers Premium for as long as the sponsor keeps it active. Your entries stay yours; the sponsor sees counts only.

Premium subscriptions (terms of sale)

• Premium is billed monthly or yearly through Stripe and renews automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time in Settings → Premium → Manage subscription. Premium stays on until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
• If you join at a founding-member price, you keep that price for as long as your subscription stays active.
• We may change prices for new subscribers; we’ll give notice before any change to an existing subscription’s price.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse HydroPro: no attempts to access other people’s data, disrupt the service, or abuse Smart Entry or sign-in emails.
